Tara Golliher

Tara Golliher is a Licensed Massage Therapist educated at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, NM.

Tara is compassionate and sensitive and takes pride in her work. She loves connecting with people and provides a nurturing and safe environment for her clients to relax, de-stress and express themselves how they need to. She has a very intuitive touch and is fully present with every person who gets on her table.

The modalities she integrates into her practice are Swedish, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Cranio sacral, Aromatherapy, and Windows of the Sky (a gentle method used to stimulate trigger points and open up energy pathways in the body).

Tara firmly believes in the power of nature for healing of the body, mind, and spirit as one holistic being.

Tara’s goal when working with each individual is to listen closely to both her clients and her intuition; relaxing their bodies as much as possible to create space for healing and growth. She always aims to meet a client’s individual needs and concerns while empowering them to take their health into their own hands.

In her free time, Tara enjoys mothering her infant son Atlas, spending time with a strong tribe of friends and loved ones, long walks and hikes with her two Wyoming cattle dogs Remi & Cricket as well as dancing, music festivals, yoga, Transcendental meditation, riding horses and continuing to better herself as an individual to be of service and upliftment to others for the greater good of the collective.

“I believe that the body contains an elaborate healing mechanism which has the power to return to a normal balanced condition of health, provided right methods are applied to enable it to do so. In other words, the power to cure itself lies within the body itself and NOT in the hands of the facilitator. With the right combination of intuition and intention, balance can be achieved. ”
